The Scottish Field Archery Association [SFAA], as the national governing body for Field Archery in Scotland, welcomes the Scottish Government announcement on Thursday 28th May 2020 confirming the move to Phase 1 of their Road Map Out of Lockdown. The Road Map Out Of Lockdown document can be accessed here.
This allows a limited resumption of Field Archery at affiliated club courses and outdoor facilities, which can now legally take place under the non-contact outdoor sport easement, from Friday 29th May 2020.
The SFAA Executive have published a guidance document (aligned to the government’s document), to assist clubs and members as we enter Phase 1 of the resumption of our sport.
As further updates from the Scottish Government are made we will communicate those via this website.
Operational queries, specific to your own club, should initially to be directed your club committee and, if necessary, your club’s SFAA representative can escalate any unresolved matters to the Executive / Board for clarification.
