Registration, bow inspection and Practice Area will be open from 08:00 and shooting will commence at 09:30 on BOTH days.

This is an “Open Event” held in accordance with SFAA articles, rules & bye laws.

Short term Associate Membership will be available for Non SFAA / IFAA members and will be charged at a rate of £3 per day (See Entry Fee details below).

Format:

The competition will consist of a Hunter Round on day 1 and a Field Round on day 2.

• On the Saturday the shooting groups, by popular request, will consist of “mixed shooting styles” and all archers will be assigned accordingly by the shoot management team.
• On the Sunday the shooting groups will, as far as practical, be on a “head to head” basis.

Please note

• You may pay on the day prior to the commencement of shooting but you MUST submit an entry form, in advance before the closing date. If paying “on the day” please ensure that you have the exact cash sum available in payment. 
• Paid entrants will have priority if a wait list has to be operated.
• Only full members of SFAA Ltd will be eligible for entry into both the Scottish and Open Championship, all other classes of entrant will be entered into the Open Championship only.
• Guest entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Shoot Director subject to proof of membership of an IFAA affiliate, or other recognised National Governing Body or Association [SAA /Archery GB, NFAS, BLBS].
• Divisions of competition and entry fees are detailed below.
• The general rules of the competition are as detailed in the latest edition of the IFAA Rule Book. Non IFAA archers are requested to familiarise themselves with the rules.  The IFAA Rules are available on the IFAA / SFAA websites.
• Entrants who do not wish to shoot both days may, numbers permitting, shoot on one or other day however priority will be given to archers shooting both days.

• Car Parking :
  In the field by the main house (as per a standard Drum shoot) - (refer picture below). 
  Car share, where possible, is suggested.
  Please note : heavy vehicles must be parked outside of the estate.
